Tara discovered Modo Yoga while she was attending University in Toronto. Her journey began simply as a fitness one, but has blossomed into so much more. Tara continues to embrace Modo and Yoga as a pillar of her healthy lifestyle, but her practice has expanded to include her physical, mental and emotional well being. Yoga has helped Tara through the highest and lowest moments of her life, and encouraged a healthy lifestyle that extends past anything she ever imagined.
On her ‘downtime’ Tara enjoys eating good food, hiking, skiing and running around Victoria with her pup. Look out for her at the Modo Yoga Victoria Studio, around Victoria or on the Ski Hill. She always welcomes a big smile, joke of any kind, or a hug.
Tara looks forward to continual enhancement of her Practice with the entire Modo Yoga Victoria Community.
