Flow to Fly

Take your practice to new heights with FLOW to FLY!

We recommend that you have taken Moksha Flow or Hot Flow before trying this class and be able to comfortably hold a forearm plank position for 20 seconds. This smaller class setting combines dynamic Vinyasa Flow with arm balances and inversions. You’ll have the chance to safely breakdown the mechanics of more advanced postures and take this powerful, dynamic flow at a pace and level that slowly builds and layers on options for “flight”. Stillness is of equal importance to the playful, physical side of this practice, so be prepared for some grounding breath work and guided mediation to balance the flight.

Note that this class will have reduced heat to about 28 Degrees.
